She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Ball and Pearl Lowery Ball; and her brother Sam Ball. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Helton (Rick) and Jeremy Payne (Laura); her sisters, Sandy Bryan and Suzy Shultz; and her grandchildren, Nikki Birkenstock (Chad), Chase Helton (Elise), Caden Payne, Mason Payne, Mackenzie Payne and Jackson Payne.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Western Wake Crisis Ministry.
