It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll Wayne Dennis of Holly Springs, North Carolina, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Dennis and John Dennis; his wife Betty Stewart; his son Ryan Dennis; and his grandson Patrick Dennis.
He is survived by: his children, Britt Dennis (Susan Yaroma), Todd Dennis (Christi Williams) and Andrea Steele (Matthew Steele); his grandchildren, Kathryn, Jessica, Kaylie, Natalie, Maren and Callie; his sister Laura Brown; and his sister-in-law Janet Stewart.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Beaufort National Cemetery (1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29902).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Military Missions in Action or Clemson University in Carroll's memory.
