He was predeceased by: his father Julian Earl Langley, Sr.; and his brother Jessie Langley. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Ailene Williams Langley; his wife Victoria Gurley Langley; and his children, Derek Langley of Wilson, Patrick Langley of Raleigh, Ashley Langley of Wilmington and Halley Langley.
