It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Davis Foster of Holly Ridge, North Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Major "Boots" Davis and Luela Everett Davis; and her husband Jimmie Foster.
