He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Addison Young II and Myrtle Plander Young. He is survived by: his wife Donna Fletcher Young; his sons, Brian Fletcher Young (Michelle) of Cary, NC and Gregory James Young of Sneads Ferry; his grandchildren, Genetta Marie Young, Addison Amos Young (Nichole) of Cary and Amelia Ann Young of Greensboro, NC; and his brother Geoffrey P. Young (Emily) of Seal Cove, ME..
