He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen and Dennie Williams Sr.; his sister Sherrill Cooke; his former wife Janet; and his mother-in-law Carolee Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Laney Williams; his children, Jimmy Williams (Andrea), David Williams (Nina), Stephen Williams (Melissa), Becky Williams, Richard Millis (Tracy), Charlie Millis and Anthony Millis; his grandchildren, Amber, Corey, Matthew, Sara, Cody, Elisha, Abigail, Haley, Luke, Ansley, Collin, Meridyth, Lexi, Garrett and Skarlett; his great grandchildren, Cruz, Saylor and Isabella; his sister Donna Duckett (Gary) of Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Mickie Hausmann (John), David Lee (Ginger) and Melissa Thomas (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
