He is survived by: his wife Nancy Huson Owens; his son Frank Owens; his daughter-in-law Whitney; his daughter Maggie Duke; his son-in-law Darren; his grandchildren, Rebekah Duke, Joshua Duke, Caleb Duke, Sara Duke, Nathan Duke, Samuel Duke and Helen Duke; and his brother Ray Owens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
