He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sink and Perry Miller Sink; and his siblings, Lula Sink Brewer, Nancy Elizabeth Sink, Janice Jean Forrest, Charles "Bud" Sink, Jerry Miller Sink and Lawrence "Jim" Sink.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Sink; his son Keith Sink (Tracey); his grandchildren, Lane, Katelyn (James), Kelsey and Alicia; his siblings, Libby Gay Leonard and Bobby Wayne Sink; and his parents-in-law, Connie, Dennis Price, Barry, Wendy Ottaway and Sharlene Jones.
