He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Williams Qualls; his children, Cynthia Ethel Qualls, Tracy Carlton Qualls III (Frances) of Hollister, Ann Qualls Wollett (Art) of Wake Forest and Thomas Patrick Williams Qualls (Jen) of Roanoke Rapids; his grandchildren, Thomas Carlton Qualls (Jeremy), Sarah Wollett Midgette (Justin), Aaron Wollett, Zach Wollett, Christian Wollett, Trace Wollett, Kendall Qualls, Hunt Qualls and Avery Qualls; his great grandchildren, Everly, Delaney Midgette and Anna Marie Qualls; and his father-in-law T. C. Williams.
