He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Lynch; his brother Steven Lynch; and his grandparents, Clifford and Frances Lynch. He is survived by: his father Jackie Palmer of Boston, MA; his children, Erika and Xavier Palmer; his siblings, Michael Palmer of Hollister, NC and Sandra Sistrunk (Daniel) of Florida; his godchildren, Nikee Lynch (Joel) of Hollister, NC and Ja'Quez Lynch of Hollister, NC; his aunts, Helen Brown (Jay) of South Carolina and Queen Glen of Hollister, NC; his nieces and nephews, Daniel, DayShawn Samuels, Denisha Palmer, Monique Garner (Jadrian) and Dayzia Samuels; his cousins, Bridget Avent, Tina Lynch and Angela Lynch; and his close friends, Joyce Lynch and Joel Lynch.
Because of Covid-19, the wearing of masks, social distancing, and limiting the number of persons in attendance will be practiced.
