He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alton, Alvinie Lewis, Bob and Lennie Isenhart; and his stepfather Pete Lozica.

He is survived by: his parents, Buster Tinney and Sylvia Lozica; his sisters, Lori Ann Powers, Pam Tinney and Chrissy Raynor (Mark); his cousins, Wanda Atkinson, Verlon and Betsy Rose; and his close friend Nick Wetherington. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
