He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Julian and Ruth Knight House. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Scott; his daughters, Tammy Bunch of Roanoke Rapids and Wendy Ward (Mike) of Greenville; his grandsons, Will Wheeler of Concord, Zachary Pilley of Hobgood, Shea of Greenville and Connor Ward of Greenville; and his siblings, Audrey House (Greg Thomas) of Matthews and Oscar "Skay" House, III (Michie) of Durham.
