He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Tana Braddy Bowers (David, Jr.) of Rocky Mount, Phillip Wayne Braddy (Heather) of Greensboro and James Justin Braddy of Hobgood; his grandchildren, Daniel Bowers, Tyler Wells Braddy and Kaylee Bowers; and his sisters, Mary Ann Cherry of Pinetops and Lois Coggins of Pinetops.
