He is survived by: his wife Brenda H. Rease of Hobgood, NC; his son James Earl Clemmons of Philadelphia, PA; his stepsons, Roman Devon Frayer of Oak City, NC and Travis Lynn Frayer of Washington, DC; his daughters, Karen Rease and Elwanda Jackson of Greensboro, NC; his stepdaughters, Katina Frayer of Tarboro, NC and Kimberly F. Pitt of Hobgood, NC; and his siblings, Freddie Williams of Connecticut, Ray Williams of Williamston, NC, Willie E. Williams of Williamston, NC, Larry Williams of Williamston, NC, Michael Williams of Williamston, NC, Diane Mills and Peggy Williams of Williamston, NC. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
