We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2023, at the age of 91, Mary Ellen Parks Casper of Hobbsville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew E. Parks and Retha Bunch Parks; her husband James Robert "Jimmie" Casper; and her siblings, Ann Bunch, Dearl, Eddie and Ray Parks.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Casper (Paula) of Sunbury and Terry Casper of Wanchese; her grandsons, Travis Casper (Brooke), Matthew Casper (Jessica), Brett Casper and Jonathan Casper (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Haley, Hattie, Raleigh and Graham.
