She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edward Privott and Lillie Reid Privott; her brothers, Edward Privott, Robert Privott, Jr. and John Privott; her husband Winfred Stallings; and her sister Ann Elizabeth.
She is survived by: her siblings, Fannie Jordan, Betty Jones and Percy Privott; and her children, Jeanette Walton, Patricia Stallings, Belinda Williams, Marlene Boyce, Sharon Riddick, Lori Stallings, Ingrid Stallings, Jeffrey Privott and Anthony Privott. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
