It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Ward Stallings (Hobbsville, North Carolina), who passed away on October 10, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Thomas David; her husband Clyde Asa Stallings; her son-in-law Eddie Bright; and her sisters, Della Fay Allen and Flora Hurdle.
She is survived by: her children, Mattie Twine Ward, Teresa Bright, Betty Cartwright (James) of Hobbsville, McCoy Stallings (Linda), Leonard Stallings of Sunbury, Johnny Stallings (Belinda) and Stevie Stallings (Robin) of Hobbsville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, no formal visitation is planned, however, friends may visit with the family at Teresa's home, 917 Sandy Cross Road, Hobbsville.
