She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Alethia and Eugene Earl Winslow; her husband John Anderson Hobbs; and her siblings, Helen Hewitt, Myrtle Dail, Mavis Munden, Eugene and Fentress Winslow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Mizelle (Tommy) of Windsor and Judy Copeland of Edenton; her grandchildren, James Copeland (Beth), Stephen Copeland, Monica Copeland and Caitlyn Mizelle; and her great grandchildren, Maliek, Mason and Sage Copeland.
