He is survived by: his wife Catherine Dallas Joynes Wise; his children, Pat Handy (Don) of Hobbsville, Roberta Lane (Joe) of Edenton, Maxine Putze (Ray) of New Kent, VA, Jennie Lolies of Gatesville, Cheryl McClenney (Jerry) of Virginia Beach and Lawrence Joynes Wise (Bobbi) of Roxobel; and his siblings, Bertha Dautry (Jack) and Robert Wise.
