He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Layden Banks and Kenneth Wade Banks, Sr. of Belvidere, NC.; his wife Victoria Stevenson Banks; and his son David Jeremiah "DJ" Banks. He is also survived by his wife, son and a few friends.
