She was predeceased by: her parents, Algie R. Mathias and Florence Brinkley Mathias; her husband Gelon S. Wiggins, Sr.; her son Alvah Roy Wiggins; and her siblings, Naomi Lazzaro, A. R., Thomas and Bobby Mathias.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Wiggins (Kathy) of Moline, IL, G. S. Wiggins, Jr. (Penny) of Hobbsville and Rickie Wiggins (Nell) of Gates; her daughter-in-law Judy Wiggins of Edenton; her sister Nancy Bunch of Suffolk, VA; her granddaughters, Krystle Williams (Jason) and Grace Wiggins (Darrell Pease); and her great grandchildren, Jake and Hunter Williams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
