He is survived by: his parents, Carolyn Carter Harrell (William David Harrell) and Dennis Lee Trotman (Janet Overton); his aunts, Penny Wiggins (G. S.), Teri Campbell (Robert) and Brenda Carter; and his cousins, Ethan, Colin and Carter.
With restrictions associated with the Covid-19 Pandemic, no formal visitation is being held, however friends may visit with the family at the gravesite immediately following the service.
