He is survived by: his parent Maxie Piland Lassiter; his wives, JoAnn Ward Lassiter and Debbie of Hobbsville; his grandchildren, David Jr., Erin, Heather, Matthew, Gwendolyn, Justin, Tristan and Stephanie; his great grandchildren, Thomas of Audrey, J. T., Lucas, Katelyn, Paxton, Avett and Taylor; and also, David Thomas Lassiter, Sr., Linda JoAnn Lassiter Clark (Timothy) of Scotland Neck, Joyce Elaine Lassiter Fox (Tony) of Sunbury and Johnnie Thomas Lassiter, III of Hobbsville.
