She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gurney and Etta Iuliano Britt; her husband James Albert Riddick; her daughter Patty Jo Riddick Pulley; her daughter-in-law Patricia Ann "Pat" Riddick; and her sisters, Helen Britt, Charlotte Evans and Rosalie Hollowell.
She is survived by: her children, Rita R. Corprew (Bobby) of Hertford and Billy Riddick of Sunbury; her grandchildren, Connie Smithson (W. E.), Jay Corprew (Kristie), William A. Riddick (Dana), Alan Corprew (Rebecca) and Kimberly Riddick; her great grandchildren, Cody Sawyer, Dustin Winslow (Adrianna), Michael Corprew (Toni), Jonathan Corprew (Marla), Katelyn Moody (Tyler), Dean Austin Corprew (Kristy), Fantasia Saunders (Bubba), Kaitlyn Riddick, Will Riddick, Tiffany Willoughby and Patrick Morgan; and her great great grandchildren, Isla Winslow, Aubrielle Corprew, Elijah Corprew, Jamison Moody, Korie Moody, Novella Saunders, Kaiden Corprew, Ellie Mae Corprew, Evelia Corprew, Savannah Willoughby and Riley Willoughby.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Sandy Cross Baptist Church (956 Sandy Cross Rd, Hobbsville, NC 27946).
