We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2024, at the age of 95, Eleanor Glyn Hurdle Stallings (Hobbsville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Quinton and Lillie Pink Jordan Hurdle; her husband Maywood Garland "Dick" Stallings; her daughter Janice Peede; and her brother Daryl Hurdle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne S. Owens (Bobby) of Hertford, Gail S. Layden (Wayne) of Hertford and Ginger S. Wilkins (Tom) of Wake Forest; her sister-in-law Ella Mae Hurdle of Hertford; and her grandchildren, Danielle Winslow, Randy Elliott, Brock, Owen Elliott, Crystal Harrell (Joey) and Lindsey Campbell (Ronnie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
