It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Meeks (Hillsborough, North Carolina), who passed away on May 11, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Roy Dale Meeks; and his siblings, Everett W. Meeks, Cecil C. Meeks, Jerry D. Meeks, Juanita B. Furrow and Barbara J. Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny Meeks, Susan Meeks Stevens (Matt) and Rachael Meeks; his grandchildren, Kendall Meeks, Nicholas Stevens, Kennysan Meeks, Kayden Meeks, Isabella Kearns and Taylor Kearns; and his siblings, Thomas B. Kearns, Russell W. Meeks, Grady A. Meeks, Shirley J. Belcher and Elva M. Meeks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
