He is survived by: his parents, Robert Borden "Bob" and Fern Chaulk Clark of Chapel Hill, NC; his children, Whitney and Bradley (Emily); his grandchild Apphia Clark of Pittsboro, NC; his brothers, Larry and Brett (Danette); his nieces, Katie and Lauren Clark of Hillsborough, NC; and his close friend Riley. He is also survived by his Nan (predeceased), aunts, uncles and cousins who were more like bonus brothers.

Memorial donations may be made to one of the foundations close to his heart: Alzheimer's Association for his mom or UNC Children's Hospital for his granddaughter.
