She is survived by: her mother Frances Young (Tyndall) of Durham, NC; her son Michael Stephens (Sally); her siblings, Bill Young (Donna), Ernie Young, Wayne Young and Phyllis Harrison; her grandchildren, Alissa Barnard (Dakota) and Barry Vachula; her great grandchildren, Gabriel Bullins and Willow Barnard; and her niece Tracey Harrison.
