Margaretta Rose Gibson Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Joseph Shea and Mary Bridget Thornton Shea; her husband Gerard "Jerry" Gibson; and her son Gerard "Jerry" Gibson. She is survived by: her children, Maryellen Rutan (Justin), William Gibson (Nadine), Edmond Gibson (Teresa), Patrick Gibson (Jean) and Sean Gibson; and her siblings, Donald Shea, Geraldine Shea and Rosemarie Giallonardo. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
In honor of Margie's three biggest loves - her husband Jerry, children and sports - the family asks that donations be made in her memory to either The V Foundation for Cancer Research or Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in lieu of flowers.
