She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Bull of Guildford County and Elma Adkins Bull of Patrick Va; her husband Billy Windham; her sister Bet; and her daughter Julia Ann (Paul Graham). She was also cherished by 6 children, 2 son-in-laws, 4 daughter-in-laws, over 22 grandchildren, and over 17 great grandchildren.
