She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Lee Howell and Mary Catherine Berry King; her stepfather Elton Y. King; and her siblings, Rhonda King Byrd and Dennis Howell.

She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Bailey (Harry); her siblings, Diane H. Robinson (Robbie) and Tony Bouldin; her granddaughters, Whitney, Candace and Mackenzie; her great grandchild Jackson; and also Welsh.
