He is survived by: his sons, Mark Yeisley and Timothy J. Yeisley; his grandchildren, Mollie S. Yeisley, Adam Yeisley and Jasmine Yeisley; his great grandchildren, Kayla Yeisley and Anthony Semonelle; and his sister Jody Tokar.
