He was predeceased by: his son Glenn Bailey; and his sister Jackie Mace. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Bailey; his daughters, Brandy Bailey (Wesley Moore) and Pam Hawkins (Randy); his siblings, Bobby Bailey, Ronnie Bailey, Ed Bailey, Pat Pearson and Brenda Kay Summey; his grandchildren, Keiley Thornton (Bailey), Bailey Hawkins and Rylan Moore; and his great grandchildren, Chaseton Thornton and Lincoln Hawkins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsborough (204 N Churton St, Hillsborough, NC 27278). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church (7215 Walnut Grove Church Rd, Hurdle Mills, NC 27541).
