She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Street and Nova Street; her husband James, Sr.; her sons, Stuart Donald Buchanan and David Lynn Buchanan; and her great grandchild Jonathan Buchanan.

She is survived by: her siblings, David Street, Donald Street (Lynette) and Doris Street; and her children, James Gray Buchanan Jr. (Ronda), Charles Kenneth Buchanan and Doris Ann Buchanan. She is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
