We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2020, at the age of 67, Gary Franklin Rigsbee (Hillsborough, North Carolina), born in Durham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Lewis Rigsbee and Jacqueline Garnell Blackman Rigsbee; and his siblings, Jerry Rigsbee and Buddy Rigsbee. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Rigsbee Carter (Jeffrey) of Hillsborough, Meghan Risbee Sykes (Shane) of Timberlake, Gary Bumgardner of Hillsborough and Laura Williams of Roxboro; his sisters, Connie Schwamberger, Sandra Dean and Jackie Bowen; and his close friend Danny Cates. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
