He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Emmons and Pansy Watson Emmons; and his brother Wayne Emmons. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Wilborn Emmons; his daughter Anne E. Moss (Howard); his grandchildren, Elwin and Avie Moss; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Emmons.
Hudson Funeral Home will be observing social distancing for visitation and asks everyone in attendance to wear a mask when entering the building.
