She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Vincent Vanhook and Kathlene Latta Vanhook; her husband Elton Lafayette O'Neal; and her brother Robert Vanhook. She is survived by: her son Lyle O'Neal; her sisters, Mary Elizabeth Spell and Marilyn Sutton; her grandchildren, Michelle Cunningham, Jeff O'Neill and Jessica Gregory; and her foster siblings, Denise Crabtree and Kirk Vickers.
