She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilkes Gray Manning and Ruby Manning; and her grandchild Kyndal Hux. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Lynn Hux, Sr. of Hillsborough, N. C.; her children, Karen Forbes of Hillsborough, N. C. and Joeseph Lynn Hux, Jr. (Lynda) of Hillsborough, N. C.; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Sykes (Austin) and Landon Hux of Hillsborough, N. C.; her siblings, Henry Manning (Deanie), Frank Manning (Judy) of Gaston, N. C., Tiny Thompson of Wakefield, V. A. and Louise Tilley of Gaston, N. C.; and her brothers-in-law, Ray Hux of Chester, V. A., Hillery Hux (Betty) of Efland, N. C. and Ricky Hux (Regina) of Prospect, V. A.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
