She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Saint Clair Welcher and Ruby Helen Welcher; and her son Tally Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Miller Cates; her grandchildren, Elicia Clegg (Philip), Terra Winters and Casie Winters; her great grandchildren, Kendall Meeks, Isabella Allen, Piper Allen, Camren Watson, Kennedy Winters and Charlotte Clegg; her sister Pam Poague (Howard); her nieces, Leanne Poague and Stacey Bryant; and her nephew Craig Poague.
