It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Spencer (Hillsborough, North Carolina), who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Spencer; her parents, James and Sally; her brother Ray; and her children, Jerry "Junior" and Candace "Sissy".
She is survived by: her sister Deborah Andrews; her children, Michael O'Quinn (Ann), Cindy Carlyle (Tony), Jenny Lumpkin, Tommy Spencer (Melissia) and Heather Copley (Olin); her daughter-in-law Irene Spencer; and her grandchildren, Nick Rodriquez, Jeremy Fisher (Abby), Mikie O'Quinn (Shelby), Devin, Dana, Drew Fisher, Mindy Rigsbee (Nat), Dylan, Josh O'Quinn (Erica), Christopher O'Quinn (Nikki), T. J., Connor, Victoria, Sean Spencer, Douglas, Charlie, Michael Carlyle, Amanda, Elton Lumpkin, Holly Kersey (Orlando), Thomas Spencer (Kim), Jessica Tuck and Wyatt Spencer. She is also survived by 26 Great-grandchildren.
