He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Everett Miller, Sr. and Mary Agnes "Mazie" (Kelley); his siblings, Susan Ewing, Carol MacIntyre, Frank Miller and Patricia Gaccione; and his granddaughter Andrea Horton.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Cheek); and his children, Bruce Miller of Chula Vista, David Miller (Candace) of Coronado, Lorraine Horton of Kingston, Paul Miller (Rhandi) of Elkton, Christopher Miller (Catherine) of Počakovo, Slovenia and Andrew Miller (Anne) of Annandale, Virginia.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
