He was predeceased by : his parents, Fitch Lee Oakley and Martha Ann O'Briant Oakley; his siblings, Charlie Robert Oakley, Joe Oakley, Julian Oakley, Ernest Oakley, Frank Oakley, Sudie Bowling and Audrey Thomas; and his nieces, Jodie Wrenn and Wanda Faye Oakley.
He is survived by : his sister Shirley Oakley (Jake Albert) of Butner; and his nieces and nephews, Joyce Duncan, Jennifer Bowling, Rebecca Hughes, Delores Bullock, Arthur Oakley, C. L. Oakley, Forrest Oakley, Anthony Oakley, Brad Oakley and Kenneth Oakley.
