He is survived by: his sister Shirley Oakley (Jake Albert) of Butner; and his nieces and nephews, Joyce Duncan, Jennifer Bowling, Rebecca Hughes, Delores Bullock, Arthur Oakley, C. L. Oakley, Forrest Oakley, Anthony Oakley, Brad Oakley and Kenneth Oakley.
