She was predeceased by: her parents, Hunter Smith and Lillie Pennell Webster; her husband Charles William Dollar; her son Charles David Dollar; and her siblings, Jeff Charles Smith and Madeline Oakes.
She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Raynor; her grandson Jeremy Dollar; her niece Kimberly Raynor Walker; her nephew Michael B. Raynor; and her daughter-in-law Donna Bordeaux. She is also survived by her family and friends.
