He is survived by: his wife Frances Hypes Bauguess; his daughters, Judith Franklin (Ted) of Hillsborough, NC and Vicki Bauguess of Hillsborough, NC; and his brothers, Ray Bauguess of Princeton, WV and Charles Bauguess (Louise) of Princeton, WV.
