With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Dean Short of Hildebran, North Carolina, who passed away on May 21, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Franklin Jarrett and Fannie Danner Jarrett; her husband Billy Joe Short; and her cousin Janell Danner Lingerfelt. She is survived by: her sister Rebecca Harrison; and her grandmothers, Rachel Sanders of Hildebran, Anna Suddreth of Hildebran and Sara Suddreth of Hildebran.
