She was predeceased by: her parent Perry Lail; her husband Arthur Franklin; and her daughter Nancy Jean Franklin. She is survived by: her parent Hannah Warlick Lail; her children, Howard Lee Franklin (Brenda Gail) of Connelly Springs, Mildred Gardner of Connelly Springs, Judy Hildebran (Phil) of Connelly Springs, Rickey Franklin of Connelly Springs and Joy Huffman (Cecil) of Connelly Springs; her grandchildren, Kristie Spurlin (Ricky), Kellie Whisnant (Tracy), Stephanie Cannon (Will) and Megan Burns (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Justin Spurlin, Tyler Whisnant, Taylor Whisnant, Ella Cannon, William Cannon and Caroline Cannon.
