He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Dobbins and Donna Owens Dobbins; and his sisters, Kimberly Parker and Cheryl Cabiness. He is survived by: his children, Monty Tyler Dobbins (Dawn) of Scottsdale, Arizona, Amanda Britt Martin (Bryan) of Conover, NC and Chasity Dobbins Carswell (Lance) of Hickory; his close friend Jamie Medlin of Hickory; his sisters, Wanda McCraw (Ricky) of Gaffney, SC. and Ronda White (Rodney) of Gaffney, SC.; and his grandchildren, Jonah Dobbins, Carter Eckard, Spencer Dobbins, Kimber Eckard, Tobin Martin, Aden Restrepo and Jackson Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to the Shriners Children's Hospital, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
