With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemary Seacott (Highlands, North Carolina), born in Homestead, Florida, who passed away on September 28, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Neill and Elizabeth Bryant Kinard; and her stepdaughter Rebecca Farmer. She is survived by: her children, Robert Blasky of Orange City, FL, Lorie Ann Blasky of Deland, FL, Theresa Blasky Wheat of Port Orange, FL, Launda Soper of Orange City, FL and Gabby Seacott of Daytona Beach, FL; and her brother Danny Neill of Ormond, FL. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
