It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Christy Wells of Highlands, North Carolina, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eleanor Wells (Sellers) of Virginia and John D. Wells Jr.; her husband Victor Frederiksen; her sons, Jon Paulding Frederiksen (Atlanta) and David William Frederiksen of Wilmington, NC; her granddaughters, Olivia, Zoe and Evie; her daughter-in-law Julie Frederiksen (Canon Victor Frederiksen III); her sister-in-law Sharon Wells (Schneider); her nieces, Heather Gaskins and Shannon Tuggle; and her brother John Dennis Wells III.
