He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Duke Ward and Martha Ellis Ward. He is survived by: his son Lanier Ward (Anna); and his grandchildren, Eli and Emma.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trillium Serenity Chapel (214 New Trillium Way, Cashiers, NC 28717).
